Account Executive

C3 Public Strategies is hiring multiple leadership positions for conservative leaning campaigns and initiatives nationally. These positions create an opportunity to gain experience in managing large field campaigns effectively and efficiently, turnout voters in the 2022 elections and advocate for issues you are passionate about. Additionally, C3 account executives will be able to work on field campaigns on behalf of nonprofits and corporate interests to build coalitions and move audiences. Account Executives will work directly under the Director of Operations to execute field campaigns. They will be responsible for helping to hire, train, and deploy field staff for professional canvassing operations, live phone banks, and text message senders. Account Executives must be able to lead people in the field effectively and respond quickly to staff to make sure there is no pause in productivity for our clients. The home base office for these positions currently is Orange County, CA.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit, train, and deploy staff for canvassing, phone banks, and text campaigns
  • Provide daily reports on campaign progress and tracking the pace of field campaigns
  • Enact quality control measures to ensure the efficacy of the data collected in the field
  • Assist Director of Operations with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Campaign experience preferred
  • Experience working with a team and managing people
  • Strong organizational, management, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to prioritize campaign needs
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
  • Ability to execute strategic goals and meet campaign deadlines
  • Experience with canvassing and online VOIP software preferred but not required
  • Must be able to work long hours in a high‐stress environment

Expectations:

  • Meet and exceed voter contact goals set by the campaign
  • Be diligent with attention to detail and responsive to campaign needs
  • Provide a welcoming and productive environment for field staff

Job Type:

  • Full-time
  • Compensation: $4,000.00 – $5,000.00 per month
  • Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred, Not Required)

Block Walkers- Spring, TX

C3 Public Strategies is looking to hire Block Walkers immediately! Block Walkers will be assigned different neighborhoods every day, to which they will drive to that neighborhood, clock-in and then use a mobile app on their cell phone to talk to folks about the upcoming election, March 1st. Block Walkers must be willing to engage in conversations while following a script and be able to connect with voters effectively. Reliable transportation and an Apple or Android device with an active data plan are a must to apply for the job.

Canvassers - St. Paul, MN

C3 Public Strategies is currently hiring canvassers in St. Paul for $23 per hour to help us spread information on a local ballot measure in regards to rent control. This will be a temporary position ending on election day, November 2nd. We ask that you work 15-35 hours per week.

What a Typical day looks like –
Door-to-door canvassers will be assigned different neighborhoods everyday, canvassers are to drive to the office and clock in for the daily check-in. After the check-in then drive to their assigned area and start walking. At the end of the day we ask all canvassers to drive back to the office and check out before clocking off and going home for the day.

Core Strategic Group Communications Associate Internship Program

Core Strategic Group is looking for our next generation of leaders!

CSG’s Communications Associate Internship Program is designed to provide real-world experience in public relations, media relations, public affairs, campaigns, research, non-profit management, marketing, and digital media activities. You will work closely with our team on day-to-day activities such as drafting media materials, pitching stories to media outlets, creating social media content, conducting research for business development and clients, developing media lists, participating in brainstorming and meetings, and assisting in administrative office duties. Most importantly, as a Communications Associate Intern, you will have the opportunity to make professional connections, be mentored, and have fun.
