I hope you are happy and healthy in the new year. While 2022 has already brought about a bit of uncertainty, I am so proud of the C3 Public Strategies for remaining committed to delivering excellent service and results for our clients. As we enter into this election year, I look forward to being able to bring the C3 Difference to clients across the country.

Account Executive

C3 Public Strategies is hiring multiple leadership positions for conservative leaning campaigns and initiatives nationally. These positions create an opportunity to gain experience in managing large field campaigns effectively and efficiently, turnout voters in the 2022 elections and advocate for issues you are passionate about. Additionally, C3 account executives will be able to work on field campaigns on behalf of nonprofits and corporate interests to build coalitions and move audiences. Account Executives will work directly under the Director of Operations to execute field campaigns. They will be responsible for helping to hire, train, and deploy field staff for professional canvassing operations, live phone banks, and text message senders. Account Executives must be able to lead people in the field effectively and respond quickly to staff to make sure there is no pause in productivity for our clients. The home base office for these positions currently is Orange County, CA.

Responsibilities:

Recruit, train, and deploy staff for canvassing, phone banks, and text campaigns
Provide daily reports on campaign progress and tracking the pace of field campaigns
Enact quality control measures to ensure the efficacy of the data collected in the field
Assist Director of Operations with additional tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Campaign experience preferred
Experience working with a team and managing people
Strong organizational, management, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively to prioritize campaign needs
Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
Ability to execute strategic goals and meet campaign deadlines
Experience with canvassing and online VOIP software preferred but not required
Must be able to work long hours in a high‐stress environment

Expectations:

Meet and exceed voter contact goals set by the campaign
Be diligent with attention to detail and responsive to campaign needs
Provide a welcoming and productive environment for field staff

Job Type:

Full-time
Compensation: $4,000.00 – $5,000.00 per month
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred, Not Required)
License/Certification: Valid Driver’s License and Insurance (Required)
Work Location: Orange County, CA
